Perry is a Colorado native, considers his most important accomplishment to have raised four sons with his wife Karen, while successfully building two businesses and has learned nothing is more important than the value placed on others. Work hard to deliver what you promise and keep the trust of your customer, defines his character.

He is a Certified Mortgage Planner and spends most of his leisure time with his wife and two dogs camping in the Colorado mountains.

Perry began his career in the mortgage business in 1997, he and his team value the importance of each client and the importance of their home loan. He strives to make sure his clients have a stress-free experience from the initial application to the final signature at the closing table. The key to a clients’ homeownership success is building a solid foundation by listening to their goal’s, wants and needs then meeting them by delivering the best financing option available.
